Refund Policy
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and notify us immediately if it appears to be damaged. We will advise you then on how to return and receive a replacement at no cost to you.

We will not accept returns for items you've decided you do not want after you've opened and watched the video or DVD.

We will only accept unwanted items if the entire video or DVD package has not been opened, clear wrapping must be in place, and the item is received back at our office within 30 days of our initial ship date to you. At that time a full refund will be issued.

Self Appeal® will not, under any circumstances, give or sell your personal information to any other individual or business. Sometimes we’ll send you news and special offers, but if you prefer not to be contacted, you'l be able to opt out at that time.
